STEM is crucial in helping young minds think creatively, learn to collaborate with others, and develop critical thinking skills.
Studies show that STEM motivates children to exercise multiple brain functions. STEM improves executive functioning of the brain such as organizing, retaining information, planning, managing and increasing impulse control.
STEM is important because careers related to STEM is steadily increasing. STEM prepares children for jobs that have not yet been created.
STEM education will be integral to all of Kidz with Hope Youth Organization initiatives. This will include hosting professionals that can present STEM activities as well as visiting sites to expose children to STEM careers.
